The second edge is protected from the primary edge while it’s cutting. When the tooth is rotated, the second edge provides an almost new cutting surface for extended tooth life.
• Pocket Protection and Reversibility – Reversible and bi-directional pockets can be used on either side of the cutter wheel as a second tooth mounting surface. The adjustable tooth will help protect the top and front of pockets from wear, and potentially extend the life of the pocket.
